In 2023, Waymarking brought around 15 community gardeners together from across the neighbourhood, to strengthen respect, build trust, find common purpose and shared goals.

We championed a wide range of community members as local experts about Miles Platting, as part of guiding local people to co-create healthy, thriving and resilient neighbourhoods.

 

Together we co-created seasonal gardening events for local residents and ran creative gardening and environmental activities, including a free garden walkabout event. We harnessed local enthusiasm and used accessible and engaging techniques to link five community gardening spaces across the neighbourhood.
